DivorceInjustice.org
has finally launched. As the name suggests, this site is about
injustice within the divorce industry in the United States, primarily
in the state of Minnesota. Using my ex-wife's divorce suit against me
as the central story, I will provide a narrative containing what I
believe are numerous instances of unethical, immoral and criminal
activity by litigants, lawyers and others which are not only
tolerated but rewarded by an institutionally corrupt legal system.
An unusual and possibly unique aspect of this site is that in some
cases I have hard evidence of unethical and criminal behavior. For
more information on DivorceInjustice.org see the About section.
I conceived of
this site almost two years ago and have been slowly working on it.
The basic design was completed early on as well as some of the
writing but I have hesitated to publicly launch it while I was
pursuing other options to bring what has been a very painful
experience to closure. As those options have not borne fruit, I have
decided to launch this site. I am doubtful it will help me but I
truly hope it will spark a change within the divorce industry both
individually and institutionally so that others will not suffer the
injustices my children and I have.
The site is
still a work in progress. There are some sections I am still working
on and some new ones I intend to add. Because writing abut these
matters has proven to be more painful than I anticipated, I am unsure
if DivorceInjsutice.org will be an active blog or a more or less
static site. The future will know.
